Digital Products & Services
Most Sycamore Library resources—including PDFs, guides, templates, journals, and learning materials—are delivered digitally.

• Delivery Time: Immediate or within 24 hours of purchase
• Fees: No shipping fees apply to digital products
• Access Issues: If you do not receive your digital item, please contact us and we will resend it promptly
Physical Items
From time to time, The Sycamore Library may offer physical materials such as printed workbooks, journals, or branded items.
• Shipping Locations: Australia-wide (international shipping may be available upon request)
• Processing Time: 2–5 business days
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 business days depending on location

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If a physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
